The units are beautiful, well-appointed, and the building nicely maintained. The property manager, Kelly, was energetic and outgoing. She greeted all her tenants by name and the entire building had a family atmosphere. She worked very hard to find me a suitable unit, but, at the time, they didn’t have a one-bedroom (which I needed) available. Has a modern design with granite countertops & new appliances. The extra perks of heated underground parking, personal patio, and fitness room was exactly what I was looking. I lived here for 3+ years and enjoyed it. Its a very nice, well kept modern facility. Being within walking distance of the hospital was fantastic. Kelly the property manager does a nice job. Kelly (manager) is very personable, kind, and willing to help. The underground heated parking garage, dog friendly environment , exercise room, and other amenities are difficult to find in La Crosse.
